		<description>Ummmm....this is completely wrong.  I have been using Outlook 2007 with Office 2007 Enterprise for over a month and a half and I am here to tell you that HTML email is alive and works just fine.  Hell, many a Microsoft internal email and newsletters are sent in HTML and don't have a problem.  How or if they mangled CSS support is the question.  I can look into that if you want...
